  • Participants will be able to implement strategies to promote inclusivity and diversity in esports programs, including identifying barriers to participation, creating an inclusive environment, and measuring and monitoring inclusivity.
  • Participants will be equipped with preventive measures and intervention strategies to address and combat toxicity and discrimination in esports, including developing a code of conduct, recognizing signs of toxicity, and creating a positive team culture.
  • Participants will be able to balance gaming with academic responsibilities by understanding the importance of time management, promoting healthy gaming habits, involving parents in the process, and recognizing the risks of excessive gaming.
  • Participants will be able to recognize and address gaming addiction among students by understanding the signs of addiction, identifying at-risk students, developing intervention and support strategies, and educating students and parents on the risks of gaming addiction.
  • Participants will leave the course with practical tools and strategies to create a positive, inclusive, and responsible esports environment that fosters respect, diversity, and responsible gaming habits.
