During the photo shoot, participants will learn how to guide teams for team photos, direct athletes for individual photos, capture action shots, and collect video clips of teams, athletes, and coaches.


Post-shoot procedures include distributing business cards with QR codes to athletes and parents and maintaining a comprehensive list of all teams, coaches, players, and parents photographed. Contingency plans for weather considerations and equipment failure are also discussed in this course.
