The SOP Human Resources Intern Projects course offers hands-on training in software tools such as GoHighlevel, HubSpot, Wordpress, and LinkedIn. Students will also learn about DoD SkillBridge opportunities and how to effectively manage HR responsibilities within a company. The SOP Human Resources Intern Projects course offers a comprehensive training program focused on various aspects of human resources management. Students will learn about software training on platforms such as GoHighlevel, Hub Spot, and Wordpress website use. Additionally, they will gain knowledge on utilizing LinkedIn for job postings and networking, as well as understanding the DoD SkillBridge program (osd.mil) and its benefits.
Participants will also receive training on social HR practices, video creation, account management, and the process of handshaking in a professional setting. They will be taught how to manage databases, specifically utilizing HubSpot and Google databases, as well as accessing information through platforms such as Slack and Clixlo CRM.
The course will cover various tasks related to intern management, including issuing offer letters, completing necessary documentation for school requirements, preparing recommendation letters, and conducting exit surveys and reviews. Students will also learn how to maintain company HR folders and update company information in databases.
The program will also focus on creating an Apprentice Program outline for each job role, helping interns understand how they can grow within the organization and potentially create an income. Students will have the opportunity to complete the DoD SkillBridge program and receive necessary training and resources to excel in the field of human resources.
By the end of the program, students will have the skills and knowledge to excel in the HR field and successfully complete the internship within 90 to 120 days.
